telur = 90 kal
pisang = 105 kal
petang
mister potato = 146 kal
malam
roti 4 keping = 274 kal
telur 2 = 180 kal
tauhu =32 kal
pisang = 105 kal
total = 1279 kal
kalori diperlukan= 3484 kal
agak tinggi kalori. sebab pisang kot. pisang walaupon kecik tp sumber tenaga. tu agak tinggi kalori dia..ak dah jmpa roti breakthrough td.roti yg biggest loser mkn tu..carbo rendah sikit la..tp mahal..haha..
