tengahari ni aku amek nasi..tp 3 sudu je..sebab aku segan kalau amek lauk je..huu..tu pon org pandang2 nasi aku sikit sgt..tp aku buat xlayan je..ptg aku swimming

malam
roti sekeping= 74.5 kal
sup cambel= 202 kal

diperlukan = 3484.5 kal

senaman
swimming (freestyle-2.7KM) = 2501 kal

harapnya swimming dpt cover kesilapan semalam
