a few days before ramadan..

sarapan: tak amek pon..huhu..
tenghari: nasi skit + ayam + sambal sotong
mlm: kuetiaw sup + milo kosong + roti canai (ter order-ingtkan abg tu tk buat kuetiaw..hehe)

misi kamekaze

ok..misi ni memang sgt mencabar.tapi ak tekad kali ni ak akan kuat..berdiet ms bulan ramadan..bulan puasa ni ak akan amek kesempatan utk diet..plan aku:-

1) sahur = kurma, oat, roti
2) bersenam ringan = jogging , badminton
3) berbuka= kurma, mknan yg berpada
4) terawih

harap dpt kurangkan bpe KG n dpt raya dgn penampilan baru
