hari ni pagi petang aku jogging n cycling..aku mkn pizza skit sebab dpt kupon..teringin..hee

pagi
bihun goreng = 300 kal

tengahari
pizza = 500 kal

malam
sayur kangkung = 30 kal
salad= 30 kal
ikan = 200 kal

senaman
pagi= jogging + cycling (45min)
petang = jogging + cycling + sit up (45 min)
