Alhamdulillah..lepas ditimbang..berat dah 97kg..hampir 10 Kg dah turun..huu..hari ni aku dah start bersukan...diet aku pon dah start balik...nasi aku amek bape sudu je..:)

pagi
jemput2 = 200 kal

tengahari
nasi = 50 kal
ikan = 100 kal
ayam = 200 kal
tomyam = 150 kal

malam
nasi = 50 kal
ikan = 50 kal
ayam= 100 kal

senaman
jogging + cycling = 1 jam
