Alhamdulillah..lepas ditimbang..berat dah 97kg..hampir 10 Kg dah turun..huu..hari ni aku dah start bersukan...diet aku pon dah start balik...nasi aku amek bape sudu je..:)

jogging + cycling = 1 jam
